Why you should verify your PayPal account
The very first time I started using PayPal account, I never knew I had to verify the account until I tried making a payment using my PayPal account and what I saw was your payment was declined because you recently reached your PayPal sending limit.
At first I was confused and when I researched about the issue I found out I was using a restricted paypal account.

In order to resolve the issue and remove the restriction, I had to verify my paypal account.
