  1. We use prepaid meter in my residence
And even before we start using that, our bill is always sent to our mobile phone
Wat can I do if I want to open a tier 3 account

    • Go to your power electricity supplier and pay a bill, they will give you a receipt(for prepaid meter), use the receipt to upgrade/update your account.

Remember the receipt must have your home address.

    • If you opened a bank account with an ID, utility bill and a passport then it is a level three or tier 3 bank account.

  3. Do you realise you are inadvertently encouraging fraud by asking him to borrow a utility bill, since the bill serves the purpose of providing your verifiable house address?
